Shipping And Returns

Orders are shipped via the method chosen at the time the order was placed. Please note that all shipping times are in business days. Expected delivery times apply solely to in-stock items. We currently offer ground, express and overnight shipping for domestic U.S. orders.*

Ground Delivery/Flat Fee – Look forward to receiving your in-stock items within 6-12 business days. This method does not deliver to PO Box addresses.

3 Day Select - Place your order by 11 A.M. PST Monday through Friday and select 3-6 Day shipping for your in-stock items to ship on the same day. Deliveries will be applicable to business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This method does not deliver to PO Box addresses.

2 Day Select - Place your order by 11 A.M. PST Monday through Friday and select 2-5 Day shipping for your in-stock items to ship on the same day. Deliveries will be applicable to business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This method does not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Next Day Air : Place your order by 11 A.M. PST Monday through Thursday and select Overnight shipping for your in-stock items to ship on the same day and deliver in 1-4 days. Deliveries will be applicable to business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This method does not deliver to PO Box addresses.

You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. Shipping times can vary based on method chosen and delivery location, and your order maybe shipped in separate packages.

*All orders are subject to verification. Note that there could be a delay in processing your order if we encounter any issues with the billing information provided. 

 

What Is Your Return Policy?

Radii Footwear will gladly accept returns* for items purchased on the www.radiifootwear.com store that are received back to our warehouse within 30 days from delivery date for a refund, and 60 days from delivery date for www.radiifootwear.com for an exchange. Unfortunately, returns received after 60 days from delivery date cannot be accepted.   Items CANNOT have been worn outside or there will be no refund given.

*No returns are allowed on Clearance items.

 

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Orders placed between November 27 and December 23 are eligible for our extended holiday return policy. During this period, we will accept returns* postmarked by January 15.

We are glad to accept return of items in new and unworn condition with all original tags attached, accessories included, and original packaging. 

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

How To Return An Item?

All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA). You can request your RMA # by emailing [email protected]

We ask for your patience as processing your return may take up to 14 days following receipt to our warehouse. You will be notified via email once your return has been completed.
